Job Title: Full-Time Practice Manager – On-Site (Philadelphia , Pennsylvania )

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

Are you a results-driven, people-oriented professional ready to oversee operations at a high-performing medical practice? We are seeking an experienced and strategic Practice Manager to lead a busy outpatient clinic or specialty group in Pennsylvania. As the Practice Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of the practice, responsible for staff leadership, process optimization, financial oversight, and delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Reporting to the Regional Director or Physician Leadership, the Practice Manager is responsible for the administrative and financial health of the clinic. You’ll be empowered to lead the practice’s non-clinical operations with a focus on efficiency, staff development, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.`

Job Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, patient flow, provider support, billing, and EMR integrity.
  • Supervise front office staff, medical assistants, billing teams, and other administrative personnel.
  • Manage the clinic budget, revenue cycle operations, and productivity benchmarks to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Lead hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes for non-clinical staff.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and other healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze operational reports (e.g., patient access, no-shows, collections) and develop strategies to meet KPIs.
  • Serve as the point of contact for patient escalations, staff concerns, and external partners or vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing a medical or multi-specialty practice.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
  • Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Epic, eClinicalWorks, Athena) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of insurance billing, coding, and reimbursement practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
