Job Title: Full-Time Practice Administrator – Multi-Clinic Medical Group (Philadelphia , Pennsylvania )

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Practice Administrator to lead the operations of a high-performing medical or specialty practice in Pennsylvania. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for aligning business strategy with clinical excellence, ensuring optimal patient care, operational efficiency, financial performance, and staff engagement across all areas of practice management.

As a Practice Administrator, you will report directly to executive leadership or physician partners and serve as the executive-level operations leader for the practice. You will oversee a wide range of responsibilities—from compliance and financial strategy to human resources and quality improvement—ensuring that the practice meets its mission and business objectives.

Job Duties:

  • Direct all operational and administrative functions, including scheduling, revenue cycle management, compliance, and facility oversight.
  • Lead strategic planning in alignment with physician and organizational goals.
  • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting while optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Supervise clinical and administrative leadership teams, ensuring high performance and accountability.
  • Oversee all HR functions: recruiting, training, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, etc.) and maintain readiness for audits and accreditation reviews.
  • Analyze performance metrics (e.g., patient volume, provider productivity, AR days) and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Serve as liaison between providers, corporate partners, payers, and vendors.
  • Drive a culture of quality, service excellence, and continuous improvement across the practice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in medical practice administration or healthcare operations.
  • Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management, medical billing, coding, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience leading teams of 25+ across clinical and administrative functions.
  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, NextGen, eClinicalWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage change, and deliver measurable results.
