• Full-Time, with flexible hours between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee patient care across various dental specialties including general dentistry, pediatric care, oral surgery, periodontics, and endodontic treatments.
• Manage and supervise all administrative and operational facets of the clinic.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient workflow.
• Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards concerning sensitive patient information.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Dentrix is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Dental Front Office Coordinator or Managerial role.
• Expertise in dental software, PPO billing, treatment planning, and financial coordination.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on patient satisfaction.
• Proficient in appointment scheduling, confirmations, and recall procedures.

Compensation:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience, accompanied by additional benefits.
