Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits
We are actively seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee one of our busy outpatient clinics in Oregon.
In this high-impact role, you'll partner directly with physicians, advanced practice providers, and hospital leadership to manage the daily operations, financial health, and long-term growth of the practice. Your leadership will ensure that patients receive exceptional care—and that care teams are supported, engaged, and empowered to thrive.

Job Duties:
- Oversee daily clinic workflows, patient scheduling, and resource allocation
- Manage clinic capacity, provider templates, and performance metrics
- Drive operational excellence in patient flow, care coordination, and safety
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and hospital standards (HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission)
- Monitor and manage clinic budgets, revenue cycles, and productivity targets
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement improvements
- Support billing, coding, and insurance processes in collaboration with revenue teams
- Lead, hire, coach, and evaluate administrative and clinical support staff
- Foster a positive, team-centered culture aligned with hospital values
- Provide guidance to staff on workflow improvements and professional development
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare operations or clinic leadership
- Proven ability to manage teams, workflows, and clinical processes in an outpatient setting
- Working knowledge of EHR systems (Epic preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, or related)
- Experience in a hospital-affiliated or multispecialty clinic
- Familiarity with value-based care, population health metrics, and patient access strategies
- LEAN, Six Sigma, or other process improvement training
