Full-time and Part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) Needed.
We are currently seeking licensed professionals to join our psychotherapy group practice. We place a high value on a healthy work-life balance, and we manage all administrative responsibilities so that therapists may focus entirely on providing the highest standard of care for our clients.
This is a completely remote role with a flexible work schedule. Clinicians are free to choose their caseloads, which can vary from 10 to 30 billable hours per week. All client services are offered via telehealth, with staff members able to connect remotely or in person for group sessions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Must be licensed as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or Psy.D to practice in the state.
- Master's or doctoral level degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services.
- Experience with utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
Responsibilities
-Provides outpatient mental health treatments that include diagnostic examinations and short-term counseling. This includes, but is not limited to, case management, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy treatments delivered to individuals, families, and groups, as well as involvement in Intensive Outpatient Programs.
-All clinical services are provided directly by a licensed psychologist, nurse practitioner, or physician.
-Offers psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, families, groups, and members suffering from mental illnesses and co-occurring disorders, as well as participation in Intensive Outpatient Programs.Provides services such as but not limited to crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, stress management, couples counseling, addictions counseling, and family therapy
- Demonstrates professional expertise in a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques for individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
- Conducts diagnostic evaluations with members while being overseen by psychiatrists and/or psychologists, using the most recent Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
- Determines the appropriate degree of treatment based on clinical needs.
- Determines the urgency of a member's requirements and develops appropriate therapeutic activities, which may include crisis intervention, care coordination, and arranging psychiatric admissions with the support of psychiatrists and/or psychologists.
- Assesses mental condition treatment and prevention.
- Provides vital information and resources to members with mental health and co-occurring problems.
- Provides clinical consulting in an integrated healthcare context, concentrating on family dynamics, sociocultural effects, and community resources.
- Provides various techniques for intervention and approaches to conflict resolution.
- Collaborates with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary clinical team to contribute to evaluations, treatment planning, and decision-making.
- Conducts evaluations of difficult cases or tackles quality assurance problems in collaboration with the clinical team.
- Acts as a consultant to team members and other employees within the organization.
- Maintains a high degree of clinical skill.
- Uses best practices in mental health care delivery, following to professional and clinical criteria.
- Uses evidence-based approaches and techniques that are founded on solid theoretical underpinnings.
- Manages therapy paperwork, creates reports and correspondence, and connects with social agencies, schools, family members, and friends to gather important information (with member approval).
- Actively participates in clinical team meetings, contributes to departmental planning, and contributes to quality management activities.
- Follows organizational, departmental, state, and federal requirements, as well as all regulatory rules and procedures.
- Adheres to the specified rules for patient clinical care and assures compliance with licensing requirements.
- Performs additional clinical tasks as assigned.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
