Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Needed at Better Life Partners Psychotherapeutic, Inc.

At Better Life Partners Psychotherapeutic, Inc., we are searching for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and counsel individuals, couples, and families.

Your duties will involve diagnosing and treating patients, leading solo and couple sessions, and referring clients to experts as required.

Finally, you will work directly with patients to counsel them on how to manage various mental health conditions so that they may live a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive, trustworthy relationship with patients.
  • Diagnosis and treatment of mental health problems
  • Develop tailored treatment programs based on the requirements and circumstances of the patient
  • Consult with patients on a frequent basis to give counseling, therapy, and to alter treatment plans as needed.
  • Conduct continuous evaluations of patient progress.

The tasks of a Mental Health Therapist include diagnosing and treating patients, leading sessions with individuals and groups, and referring clients to experts as required.

  • In the end, you will work directly with patients to coach them on how to address various mental health conditions and live a healthy lifestyle.

Salary:

$80,000-100,000

Requirements

  • Valid license as LMFT
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders
  • Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to motivate clients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
