Full-time and Part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) Needed at Trinity Health Behavioral Center in Abington, PA


We are seeking licensed clinicians to join our psychotherapy group practice.
We value a healthy work-life balance. We take care of all of the administrative work, so therapists can focus on providing the highest standards of care to their clients.
This position is remote and offers a flexible work schedule. Clinicians have the autonomy to determine their caseloads, which range between 10-30 billable hours per week.
All client services are provided via telehealth with opportunities for staff to meet remotely or in person for group consultation. We offer a supportive work environment, competitive pay, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be licensed as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or Psy.D to practice in the state.
Master's or doctoral level degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited university.
Minimum 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy services.
Experience with utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Responsibilities
Provides diagnostic evaluations and subsequent short-term psychotherapy for ambulatory mental health services utilizing but not limited to case management, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapeutic intervention provided to individuals, families, groups modalities, and/or Intensive Outpatient Programs
All clinical services are provided incident to under the ensuite supervision from a licensed psychologist, nurse practitioner, or physician
Provides psychotherapy and counseling for individuals, families, groups, and/or Intensive Outpatient Programs for members with mental health and dual disorders
Provides services such as but not limited to crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, supportive therapy, stress management, couples counseling, addictions counseling, and family therapy
Demonstrates clinical competency in a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities for individual, family, couples, and group therapy
Conducts diagnostic evaluations with members using the latest Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) under the supervision of psychiatrists and/or psychologists
Determines the appropriate level of care according to clinical needs
Determines urgency of member's needs, and renders the appropriate course of therapeutic actions, which may include but is not limited to crisis intervention, coordination of care, and coordinating psychiatric admissions with the assistance of psychiatrists and/or psychologists
Assesses treatment and prevention of mental disorders
Provides information and resources to members with mental health and dual-diagnosis disorders
Provides clinical consultation in an integrated healthcare environment regarding family interactions, sociocultural determinants, and community resources
Proposes alternatives for interventions and approaches for resolutions
Participates in collaborative consultations with physicians and other interdisciplinary clinical team members to support assessments, treatment planning, and decision-making
Reviews difficult cases or quality assurance concern with the clinical team
Acts as consultant to team members and others in the organization
Maintains a high level of clinical expertise
Utilizes best practices in the delivery of behavioral health services in accordance with professional and clinical guidelines
Utilizes evidence-based interventions and modalities with a sound theoretical base
Maintains the written record of therapy, prepares reports and letters; phones, writes and visits (with member permission) social agencies, schools, relatives, and friends to obtain pertinent information
Participates in clinical team meetings, departmental planning, and quality management activities
Complies with organizational, departmental, state/federal guidelines & all regulatory agency policies and procedures
Adheres to all mandated guidelines for patient's clinical care and license
Other clinical duties as assigned

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
