Your Responsibilities:

-Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to obtain a better understanding of clients' mental health concerns and to develop successful treatment programs.

-Individual therapy should be delivered utilizing individualized strategies that promote personal development and general well-being.

-Establish therapeutic goals together and track clients' progress.

-Provide teletherapy solutions for virtual sessions or for persons with mobility issues.

-To sustain ethical standards, keep precise documentation.

-Participate in ongoing professional development to improve clinical abilities and remain current on developing trends in the area.

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid state license.: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Master's degreein Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Establish a secure and trusted therapy relationship with clients by demonstrating great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.
  • Demonstrate great organizational and time management abilities, enabling efficient caseload management and administrative chores.
