Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed at Core Mental Health Clinic.

We are looking for experienced mental health counselors to join an established practice recognized for providing comprehensive care and unflinching support to patients on the road to recovery. Our experienced therapists play an important role in assisting patients in overcoming mental health difficulties and leading fulfilled lives. Join us in making a difference in people's lives.

Our primary objective at our marital and family counseling facilities, where people seek help, is to provide a safe and therapeutic atmosphere. Our clinic will be your primary workplace, where you will work closely with a varied group of dedicated specialists committed to providing high-quality mental health treatment. Our services include marital and family counseling, which addresses family dynamics, communication problems, and relationship challenges.

As an added incentive, we offer a sign-on bonus to licensed therapists joining our team.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, ensuring effective meeting of our client's needs.

Responsibilities:

-Perform comprehensive examinations and screenings to assess clients' mental health issues and find appropriate treatment options.

-Create personalized therapy programs that address each client's unique concerns and goals.

-Help to coordinate evidence-based individual and group treatment sessions.

-To provide holistic care, work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers.

-Assist clients' families in their recovery process by providing direction and support.

-Keep accurate and private records while following regulatory and ethical requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current and legitimate state license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills while building a secure and trusting therapeutic connection with clients.
  • Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities are required to ensure effective workload management and administrative chores.
