Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Needed at Heart Mind Soul Therapy, Inc.

At Heart Mind Soul Therapy, Inc., we are currently looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families.

Your duties will include diagnosing and treating patients, conducting solo and couples sessions, and making appropriate referrals to experts as needed.

Furthermore, you will have the chance to interact directly with patients, providing assistance on how to properly manage various mental health issues, allowing them to live better lives in the long run.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an engaging and trustworthy relationship with patients.
  • Diagnose and treat mental health problems.
  • Create tailored treatment plans depending on the requirements and circumstances of each client.
  • Consult with patients on a frequent basis to give counseling, and therapy, and to change treatment programs as needed.
  • Evaluate patient progress on a regular basis.

A Mental Health Therapist's tasks include diagnosing and treating patients, leading sessions for individuals and groups, and referring patients to experts as needed.

Finally, you will work directly with patients to help them manage various mental health disorders and live a healthy lifestyle.

Salary:

$80,000-100,000

Requirements

  • Valid license as LMFT
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders
  • Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with the ability to motivate clients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
