• Encourage clients to openly explore their emotions and experiences, facilitating insight into themselves and their relationships.
• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in defining their objectives.
• Evaluate clients' mental conditions and develop and execute treatment plans using a solution-focused approach, drawing upon your clinical experience and expertise.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Education: You should have a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
• Licensure: You must possess a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• No limited or provisional license and no disciplinary actions should be in your record
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate personality
• Proficient computer literacy skills
