Qualifications:


  • Fully Licensed in the State
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Experienced with Adult and/or child and adolescent populations
  • Individual and or couples therapy

Salary:


$80,000 to $101,000 + BONUS


Responsibilities:

  • You'll have lots of chances to collaborate with your colleagues in staff meetings, group supervision meetings, and one-on-one meetings with your team manager and clinical supervisor
  • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to better understand clients' mental health challenges and develop successful treatment programs.
  • Individual therapy should be provided utilizing individualized techniques to promote personal growth and well-being.
  • Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively and track client progress.
  • Provide teletherapy solutions for virtual sessions or people who have difficulty getting around.
  • To sustain ethical standards, keep precise documentation.
  • Participate in professional development to improve clinical abilities and stay current on innovative trends.
