Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Needed.

We are actively looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

Your duties will include diagnosing and treating patients, performing solo and couple sessions, and referring clients to experts as needed. You will also work directly with patients to give advise on how to manage various mental health disorders, allowing them to live healthier lives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relaxing and secure relationships with patients.
  • Recognize and address mental health problems.
  • Develop personalized treatment strategies based on the requirements and circumstances of each patient.
  • Consult with patients on a regular basis to give counseling, therapy, and to change treatment programs as needed.
  • Evaluate and monitor patient development on an ongoing basis.

Your responsibilities as a Mental Health Therapist include diagnosing and treating patients, providing individual and group sessions, and recommending clients to professionals as needed. Lastly, you will work directly with patients to advise them on how to manage diverse mental health disorders and live healthier lives.

Salary:

$80,000-100,000

Requirements

  • A valid LMFT license
  • A master's or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related subject is required.
  • Addiction therapy certification or experience
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for drug addiction and co-occurring disorders
  • Excellent therapeutic and counseling abilities, as well as the ability to encourage clients
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
