Your Responsibilities:

- Conduct extensive examinations and evaluations to acquire a better understanding of clients' mental health issues and develop successful treatment strategies.

- Provide individualized individual treatment to promote personal growth and general well-being.

- Set therapeutic objectives with clients together and track their progress.

- Provide teletherapy solutions for virtual sessions or persons with mobility issues.

- Maintain comprehensive paperwork in order to maintain ethical standards.

- Participate in continuing professional development to improve clinical abilities and keep current on emerging trends.

Qualifications:

- Possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

- Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

- Establish a secure and trusted therapeutic relationship with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.

- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage caseload and handle administrative tasks.
