Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, ensuring effective meeting of our client's needs.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings to analyze clients' mental health issues and find the best treatment options.

- Develop tailored therapy plans to meet each client's specific concerns and goals.

- Help to facilitate evidence-based individual and group treatment sessions.

- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide holistic and all-encompassing treatment.

- Educate and assist clients' families as they go through the recovery process.

- Keep accurate and private records while adhering to regulatory and ethical norms.

Qualifications:

- A current and active state license is required, as is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills while developing a safe and trustworthy therapeutic connection with clients.

- Show empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and issues.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills are required to manage your caseload and perform administrative responsibilities successfully.
