Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Needed at Journey Behavioral and Skills, Inc.

We are now looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families at (business name).

Your duties will involve conducting evaluations, diagnosing patients, and treating them. Individual, couple, and family therapy sessions will be conducted. You will also work with other professionals and experts as needed to provide our customers with complete treatment.

Finally, your employment will entail collaborating directly with patients to give guidance and support in the management of diverse mental health issues, therefore empowering them to live healthier lives.

Responsibilities

- Develop an engaging and reliable relationship with patients.

- Recognize and address mental health issues.

- Create personalized treatment plans depending on the requirements and circumstances of each patient.

- Consult with patients on a frequent basis, giving counseling, and therapy, and reviewing treatment programs as needed.

- Assess and evaluate patient progress on a regular basis.

Your duties as a Mental Health Therapist include diagnosing and treating patients, delivering individual and group sessions, and referring clients to experts as needed. Finally, your employment will entail working directly with patients to advise them on how to manage various mental health disorders and live a healthy lifestyle.

Salary:

$90,000-105,000

Requirements

- Holding a current LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license.

- A Master's or Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a similar subject.

- Addiction therapy certification or extensive experience.

- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for drug addiction and co-occurring disorders.

- Excellent therapeutic and counseling abilities, as well as the capacity to inspire and encourage clients.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
