Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Position Available at The Peaceful Mind Counseling Center.

We are currently seeking experienced mental health counselors to join our esteemed clinic, renowned for its commitment to providing comprehensive care and unwavering support to patients on their journey to recovery. Our skilled therapists play a pivotal role in helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and achieve fulfilling lives.

Our clinic is your primary location, where you will collaborate closely with a diverse team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional mental health treatment. Our services include marital and family counseling, addressing issues related to family dynamics, communication, and relationship challenges.

As an added advantage, we provide a sign-on bonus to licensed therapists who join our team.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, ensuring effective meeting of our client's needs.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth examinations and screenings to analyze clients' mental health concerns and determine the best treatment alternatives.

- Develop personalized therapy programs that meet each client's specific challenges and goals.

- Assist in the facilitation of evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions.

- Work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide thorough, holistic care.

- Assist clients' family with knowledge and support as they navigate the rehabilitation process.

- Keep accurate and private records in accordance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

- A valid and current state licensure, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), is required.

- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills while building a secure and trusting therapeutic connection with clients.

- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude when dealing with the experiences and issues of clients.

- To properly manage your caseload and complete administrative tasks, you must have strong organizational and time management abilities.

- An annual salary range of $90,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and credentials.
