Full-time employment Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Position Available at Transformative Unicare Counseling Center.

At Transformative Unicare Counseling Center, we are now looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Your duties will include performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and delivering treatment, which will include solo, couple, and family therapy sessions. You will work with other experts and specialists as needed to provide our customers with complete care. Finally, your employment will entail working directly with patients to provide direction and assistance in addressing various mental health challenges, so encouraging them to live healthier lives.

Responsibilities

- Develop a meaningful and trustworthy therapeutic connection with patients.

- Effectively identify and handle mental health issues.

- Create unique treatment regimens based on the requirements and circumstances of each patient.

- Consult with patients on a frequent basis, offering counseling and therapy and changing treatment plans as needed.

- Assess and evaluate patient progress on a regular basis.

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will diagnose and treat patients, perform individual and group sessions, and refer clients to experts as needed. Finally, you will be personally counseling patients on how to manage various mental health conditions and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Salary:

$90,000-105,000

Requirements

- Possessing a valid LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license.

- A master's or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related subject.

- Addiction therapy certification or significant expertise in the field.

- Expertise in evidence-based drug addiction and co-occurring disorders therapies.

- Outstanding therapeutic and counseling abilities, as well as the capacity to encourage and assist clients.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
