Your Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth exams and evaluations to acquire a complete grasp of clients' mental health challenges and develop successful treatment plans.

- Provide individualized individual treatment to aid in personal development and general well-being.

- Establish therapeutic objectives with clients together and track their progress.

- Provide teletherapy solutions for virtual sessions or those with mobility issues.

- Keep thorough records in order to follow ethical norms.

- Continued professional development is required to improve clinical abilities and keep current on developing trends.

Qualifications:

- Keep your state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) active and valid.

- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

- Through good communication and interpersonal skills, form a secure and trustworthy therapeutic connection with clients.

- When addressing clients' experiences and issues, show understanding, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude.

- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills in order to successfully manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
