Your Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations in order to obtain a better understanding of clients' mental health concerns and develop successful treatment strategies.

- Provide tailored individual treatment to promote personal growth and general well-being.

- Establish therapy objectives collaboratively and periodically review client progress.

- Provide teletherapy solutions for virtual sessions or customers who have mobility issues.

- Maintain correct paperwork in order to maintain ethical standards.

- Participate in continuous professional development to improve clinical abilities and keep current on changing field trends.

Qualifications:

- Is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active and valid state license.

- Holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy.

- Through outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrates the capacity to develop a secure and trustworthy therapeutic connection with clients.

- Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward the experiences and struggles of clients.

- Demonstrates great organizational and time management abilities, allowing for effective caseload management and administrative chores.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Competitive yearly pay range of $90,000 to $105,000 based on experience and qualifications.
