Full-time/Part-time/W2 Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) Needed

People suffering from mood disorders like depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety are treated by licensed therapists. Perform evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. Responsibilities:

  • Execute thorough assessments and screenings to assess clients' mental health difficulties and determine the treatment needed.
  • Develop tailored therapy programs to address each client's specific issues and goals.
  • Assist in the facilitation of evidence-based individual and group treatment sessions.
  • Work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide comprehensive care.
  • Educate and assist clients' families as they go through the healing process.
  • Keep accurate and confidential records while following regulatory and ethical requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid state license.: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Master's degreein Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Establish a secure and trusted therapy relationship with clients by demonstrating great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.
  • Demonstrate great organizational and time management abilities, enabling efficient caseload management and administrative chores.
