Schedule:

We now have full-time and part-time opportunities available, with flexible schedule choices to meet your needs.

Responsibilities:

- You will have lots of chances to collaborate with your coworkers, such as attending staff meetings, group supervision sessions, and one-on-one meetings with your team manager and clinical supervisor.

- Perform thorough exams and evaluations to acquire a better knowledge of client's mental health issues, allowing for the formulation of successful treatment plans.

- Provide specialized treatment with tailored techniques to promote personal growth and well-being.

- Establish therapeutic objectives with clients together and continuously monitor their progress.

- Provide teletherapy alternatives for virtual sessions to clients who may have difficulty attending in-person consultations.

- Maintain precise and accurate paperwork to ensure compliance with ethical norms.

- Continue your professional development to improve your clinical abilities and keep current on developing developments in the sector.

Qualifications:

- A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

- Hold a current state-issued LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) license.

- At least two years of full-time counseling experience is required.

- Show that you have worked with couples, children, teens, or families.

- Clinicians with experience with clients of color or members of the LGBTQIA community are urged to apply.

Salary:
$90,000-105,000 + Bonus
