FULL-TIME/PART-TIME LICENSED MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST (LMFT) NEEDED

As a Telehealth Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping clients address relational and emotional challenges, promoting healthier family dynamics, and supporting individuals and families in achieving their well-being goals through virtual therapy sessions.

Pay: $75,000 to $90,000 and We offer sign-on bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' relational dynamics, emotional struggles, and therapeutic needs. Develop personalized treatment plans and set achievable goals.

Utilize family systems theory and systemic interventions to address relationship dynamics, communication issues, and family stressors.

Provide immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and their families.

Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Educate clients about effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies to enhance their relationships and emotional well-being.

Collaborate with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, including referrals to other specialists when appropriate.

Stay current with the latest developments in marriage and family therapy and telehealth through ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state/province/country where you practice.
  • Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Proficiency in telehealth technology and platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for virtual interactions.
  • Commitment to ethical and confidential therapeutic practices.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote telehealth environment.
