We are in need of a Full-time/Part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals and families improve their mental health and relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients.
  • Assess and diagnose mental health disorders and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify treatment goals and monitor progress.
  • Provide crisis intervention and referral to appropriate resources if needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills through professional development and training.

Job Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state.
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in an outpatient mental health
  • Excellent knowledge of evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
