Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to better understand clients' mental health challenges and develop successful treatment programs.
- Individual therapy should be provided utilizing individualized techniques to promote personal growth and well-being.
- Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively and track client progress.
- Provide teletherapy solutions for virtual sessions or people who have difficulty getting around.
- To sustain ethical standards, keep precise documentation.
- Participate in professional development to improve clinical abilities and stay current on innovative trends.
Qualifications:
- Active and valid state license.: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Establish a secure and trusted therapy relationship with clients by demonstrating great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.
- Demonstrate great organizational and time management abilities, enabling efficient caseload management and administrative chores.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $70,000-100,000 Annual salary determined by experience and credentials.
