People suffering from mood disorders like depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety are treated by licensed therapists. Perform evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. Offer guidance and assistance to groups such as homeless people, refugees, or domestic abuse victims. Make a significant impact!

Responsibilities:

• Execute thorough assessments and screenings to assess clients' mental health difficulties and determine the treatment needed.
• Develop tailored therapy programs to address each client's specific issues and goals.
• Assist in the facilitation of evidence-based individual and group treatment sessions.
• Work with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate and assist clients' families as they go through the healing process.
• Keep accurate and confidential records while following regulatory and ethical requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid state license.: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Master's degreein Marriage and Family Therapy
• Establish a secure and trusted therapy relationship with clients by demonstrating great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.
• Demonstrate great organizational and time management abilities, enabling efficient caseload management and administrative chores.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $80,000- $105,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.
