Full-time/Part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Remote) Needed

We are seeking a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and professional mental health services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify client needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families
  • Provide therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Assist clients in developing coping skills, problem-solving techniques, and stress reduction strategies
  • Consult with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide holistic care for clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with developments in the field

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage a caseload
  • Proficient with electronic health records and other relevant technology
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
