FULL-TIME LICENSED MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST (LMFT)

We are seeking licensed therapists who are passionate about providing long-term relationship solutions to couples and families in their community. Responsibilities include guiding patients through crises, diagnosing psychological disorders, highlighting problematic patterns that need to be changed, improving communication, and assisting patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize solution-focused therapy strategies to provide mental health services to families, couples, individuals, and children
  • Perform intake and needs assessments for individuals, significant others, and family members through testing, interviews, observations, and conversation sessions
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic treatment programs for each patient
  • Document patient records accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility and licensing standards
  • Participate in clinical team meetings on a weekly basis, and engage with community organizations

Job Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field; preference to those with a master’s degree
  • Current and unrestricted state license as an LMFT (licensed marriage and family therapist) or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a marriage and family therapist
  • CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications are required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
