Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances
• Conduct regular counseling sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Perform ongoing assessments of patient progress

Qualifications:

• Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required
• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Experience in providing individual and/or group therapy
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities for effective workload management and administrative tasks

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
