We are Hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for Full Time Position in White Salmon, WA!
Our clinic is seeking a Marriage and Family Therapist to join our care team. Applicants should be certified or experienced in one or more modalities, such as structural family, strategic, systems, narrative, trans-generational, or communication therapy. Currently, we are seeking a professional who focuses on Divorce and relationship counseling.
A welcome Sign-On bonus is provided to join qualified therapists.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Full time position
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.
- Work with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that match their requirements, goals, and preferences.
- Use evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Clients and families should be educated and supported on mood disorders, treatment alternatives, and self-care practices.
- Client progress is monitored and tracked, and treatment plans are adjusted as appropriate.
- For integrated care, work together with psychiatrists and other medical specialists.
- Keep up to date with mood disorder research and advances to help improve treatment strategies.
- Maintain accurate, private paperwork in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Take part in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Client advocacy includes advocating for mental health stigmatization and meeting their needs.
Qualifications:
- Must have a current and active state license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Develop a secure and trusted therapy relationship with clients by demonstrating great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities are required to ensure effective workload management and administrative chores.
Compensation and Benefits:
