Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications ($100,000 to $120,000 per year)

Employment Status: Immediate Start

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic and growing team of mental health professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive marriage and family therapy services to individuals, couples, and families in our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide individual, couple, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated care for clients.
  • Document progress notes, treatment plans, and other relevant client information in accordance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
  • Stay informed about best practices, emerging research, and trends in the marriage and family therapy field.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state where the position is located.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience providing marriage and family therapy services to diverse populations, including but not limited to adults, children, and families.
  • Knowledge of diagnosis and treatment planning using the DSM-5.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and client needs.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
