Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Positions Available

Job Description: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with us, you will:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
• Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.

Salary: $115k to $130k per year

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state
• Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services
• Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
• Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice

Benefits & Salary:

• $115,000 - $130,000 per-year
• Salary negotiable based on experience
