Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, drawing upon evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address a variety of mental health and relational concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and other required paperwork, in accordance with professional and legal standards.
• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and ethical guidelines in the field of marriage and family therapy through ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Current and active LMFT licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy, with experience in remote counseling preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients virtually
