Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

A dedicated mental health counseling practice committed to providing compassionate and effective therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. We believe in the power of mental health to transform lives, and we are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.

Job Qualifications:

  • Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Must have a LMFT in the state.
  • In-depth knowledge of the individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a LMFT
