Part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) needed

Our company is a pioneer in offering behavioral health services to young people and adolescents with the goal of improving both the mental health of the person and the community. In order to assist our clients in overcoming obstacles and realizing their goals, we are dedicated to providing them with compassionate and efficient therapy.

Part-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of behavioral health.
• Additional tasks will be added
• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address a variety of behavioral health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist in the state of California.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
• Master's in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline

Licenses Required:

• Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Pay and Benefits:

• Full caseload for a fulfilling work schedule.
• Competitive salary: $52,000 to $70,000 per year for PART TIME
