Part-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) needed
Giving behavioral health services to young adults and adolescents with the goal of improving both individual and community mental health, our organization is a leader in this field. Our goal is to assist our clients in overcoming obstacles and realizing their goals by providing them with therapy that is both compassionate and successful.
Part-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of behavioral health.
- Additional tasks will be added
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address a variety of behavioral health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
- Master's in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist in the state of California.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline
Licenses Required:
- Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
