Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) needed

We are seeking a Therapist to become a member of our team and offer patients battling addiction specialized therapy. The chosen applicant must have experience in addiction medicine, a desire for helping people, a dedication to evidence-based methods, and the ability to lead group therapy sessions.

Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an individualized treatment plan for clients with addiction issues.
  • Provide group therapy.
  • Assess and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention services to clients in need.
  • Educate clients on the effects of addiction and how to manage it.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Other tasks may be assigned
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of addiction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Familiarity with community mental health resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong group managing skills
  • KIPU software knowledge preferred
  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline

Licenses Required:

  • Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Pay and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year for FULL TIME
