Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) needed
To strengthen our staff and assist those struggling with addiction, we are looking for a Therapist. The selected candidate will need group therapy sessions, a commitment to evidence-based practices, a willingness to help individuals, and prior experience in addiction medicine.
Full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on the effects of addiction and how to manage it.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Other tasks may be assigned
- Utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of addiction.
- Develop an individualized treatment plan for clients with addiction issues.
- Provide group therapy.
- Assess and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention services to clients in need.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong group managing skills
- KIPU software knowledge preferred
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Education:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline
Licenses Required:
- Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Pay and Benefits:

- Competitive salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per year for FULL TIME
