Job Description
Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) needed
Providing patient care, intervening in crises, and applying different therapeutic approaches will all be part of your job. Counseling for gender issues, addiction, chronic pain, child and family troubles, depression, anxiety, and other related disorders would be among the specialties of the ideal candidate.
Full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies or high-stress situations
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' specific concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using medical terminology and ICD-10 coding
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding client confidentiality
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques
Education:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline
Licenses Required:
- Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
