Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) needed

Your work will involve utilizing various therapeutic approaches, crisis intervention, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will not only have experience counseling for addiction, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, and other related conditions, but also have counseling experience with gender issues and child families.

Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using medical terminology and ICD-10 coding
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding client confidentiality
• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies or high-stress situations
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address clients' specific concerns

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline

Licenses Required:

• Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Pay and Benefits:

• Full caseload for a fulfilling work schedule.
