We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Licensed Marriage and family Therapist to join our team! You will be responsible for providing clients with ongoing psychotherapy and counseling services.

Position: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to clients in our client-centered, group therapy sessions.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with established clinical protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the LMFT and Clinical Supervisor.
  • Attend monthly staff meetings and case conferences as needed.
  • Providing culturally sensitive and evidence-based interventions

Requirements:

  • Active LMFT license
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
