Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed!

We are actively looking to hire talented therapists, who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

Salary: $120,000 to $130,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Encourage individuals and family members to develop and use skills and strategies for confronting their problems in a constructive manner.
  • Ask questions that will help clients identify their feelings and behaviors.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior, and other personal issues.
  • Maintain case files that include activities, progress notes, evaluations, and recommendations.
  • Counsel clients on concerns, such as unsatisfactory relationships, divorce and separation, child rearing, home management, or financial difficulties.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid Master’s degree.
  • Must be fully licensed by the State of California to practice with the appropriate license (LMFT)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
