Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Individual/Family Therapy to the level of need for every assigned client.
  • Provide group therapy, clinical consultation, case management and skills training as needed.
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
  • Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in LMFT
  • 2 years experience with providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
  • Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LMFT)
  • Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with couples or family counseling.
  • Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.
