Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Needed!

Currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual individual and group therapy. Therapists must have proven experience working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, loneliness, life transition, medication/pain management, and end-of-life planning. Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

• Encourage individuals and family members to develop and use skills and strategies for confronting their problems in a constructive manner.
• Ask questions that will help clients identify their feelings and behaviors.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior, and other personal issues.
• See patients for care via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice

Requirements:

• Master's degree in (LMFT)
• Active license (LMFT)
• Minimum 1-year previous working experience within the last 36 months (3yrs) as a MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST
• Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus
• Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
