Fully-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) needed in Oregon!

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join Our team. As an LMFT, you will play a vital role in providing professional mental health services to a variety of patients. You will collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient outcomes and contribute to a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals along with the option to provide services to additional treatment units (couples and families),
  • Perform assessments, provide diagnoses, and create treatment plans and progress notes, with the freedom to leverage therapeutic approaches that work best for you and your clients.
  • Provides consultation to other professionals, encourages compassionate care integrated with psychological perspectives of treatment
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in (LMFT)
  • Active license (LMFT)
  • 3 years of experience in a medical environment or clinical process experience.
  • Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
