Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Remote

In this role, you will combine your expertise in social work with virtual reality technology via telehealth to provide patients with immersive and personalized remote healthcare experiences.
Salary: $100,000 to $105,000
Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly evidence-based care through synchronous live video sessions to adults with a wide range of emotional disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior, and other personal issues.
- Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing software.
- Encourage individuals and family members to develop and use skills and strategies for confronting their problems in a constructive manner.
- Assessing clients’ emotional and mental health needs, diagnosing and creating treatment plans to meet goals.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in (LMFT)
- Active license (LMFT)
- Minimum 1-year previous working experience within the last 36 months (3yrs) as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus
- Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
