Telehealth Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, who is interested in joining a virtual behavioral health collaborative care program and is committed to changing the care delivery experience for both patients and providers. The primary focus of the Therapist is to provide assessment, treatment planning, referral recommendations, discharge planning, education, and direct therapeutic intervention for patients and their families throughout treatment.

Salary: $100,000 to $105,000

Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly evidence-based care through synchronous live video sessions to adults with a wide range of emotional disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing family relationship problems, destructive patterns of behavior, and other personal issues.
  • Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing software.
  • Encourage individuals and family members to develop and use skills and strategies for confronting their problems in a constructive manner.
  • Assessing clients’ emotional and mental health needs, diagnosing and creating treatment plans to meet goals.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in (LMFT)
  • Active license for Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • 3 years of experience as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; previous telemedicine experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
