Job Description:
The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to families, individuals, and children in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. The therapist will work closely with clients to address a range of issues, including mental health, behavioral problems, and relationship challenges. This role requires a strong commitment to the principles of family therapy, with a focus on empowering clients to make positive changes in their lives.
Salary: $120,000 to $130,000
Job Type: Full-time
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Use data collection methods to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide crisis management services to clients in times of distress or emergency.
- Conduct family therapy sessions in a group setting to promote a sense of community and support among clients.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in (LMFT)
- Active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- 3 years of experience in a medical environment or clinical process experience.
- Strong knowledge of mental health principles and therapeutic techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
