Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
To join our team and offer specialized care to people battling addiction, we are seeking a Therapist. In addition to having a strong dedication to evidence-based treatments, a desire for helping others, and experience in the field of addiction medicine, the chosen candidate will be expected to lead group therapy sessions.
Flexible, Full-time positions available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide group therapy.
- Assess and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention services to clients in need.
- Educate clients on the effects of addiction and how to manage it.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
Education:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline
Licenses Required:
- Active licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000per year, based on caseload.
