Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

We need a Therapist to become a part of our team so that we can help individuals who are struggling with addiction. The selected candidate will need to have experience in addiction medicine, a strong desire to help individuals, and a commitment to evidence-based practices and group therapy sessions.

Flexible, Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis intervention services to clients in need.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices in the treatment of addiction.
  • Develop an individualized treatment plan for clients with addiction issues.
  • Provide group therapy.
  • Assess and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
  • Familiarity with community mental health resources

Education:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Other Related Mental Health discipline

Licenses Required:

  • Active licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary range of $120,000 to $130,000per year, based on caseload.
